Description
For your consideration is this extremely rare and historical (and in our opinion, beautiful) Omega PloProf watch from the first few years of its release. We wouldn't do it justice if we were to get into the history of the PloProf, so we recommend all serious watch lovers independently research the incredible history behind this captivating timepiece. The watch features a deep blue "D2" dial, rotating "B2" bezel operated by pushing down the red button, screw-down crown, quick-set date function and automatic winding. The watch is fitted on a modern (authentic Omega) Milanese mesh bracelet with folding clasp and rapid extension system operated via a button on the inside of the clasp. The watch also comes with its original period-correct stainless steel bracelet and a book on the history of the watch titled "Omega PloProf, Omega Seamaster Professional 600" by author Jon Wallis. This is a wonderfully preserved example of one of watchmaking's most iconic watches.
Accessories
An Omega travel pouch is provided with the watch.
Condition
The watch is in very good condition commensurate with its age, showing signs of wear as would be expected, but no large dents. Overall, it is a very well preserved example.
Warranty
