This Omega Speedmaster Anniversary Series First Omega In Space, reference 311.32.40.30.01.001, is a numbered edition released to commemorate the first Omega Speedmaster watch worn in space by astronaut Wally Schira in 1962, the reference CK2998.

We don’t know for sure how many of these watches Omega produced, but as a numbered edition watch we can estimate that they only produced around 15,000-16,000 pieces based on the numbers we’ve seen coming out of the factory.
