Description
This Rolex Datejust 36 with green palm-motif dial is a rare, fun and highly attractive addition to Rolex's catalogue. For an ultra-conservative company like Rolex, this particular version of the Datejust came as a welcome surprise and was praised by the market for its playfulness. Other features include water resistance to 100m, Oystersteel case made from 904L steel with a white gold fluted bezel, Jubilee bracelet with Oysterclasp and Easylink extension link (will increase bracelet length by up to 5mm), and the Cyclops date lens (2.5x magnification). The large baton hour markers and hour/minute hands are filled with Chromalight luminous material, making the watch highly legible in all lighting conditions. The Rolex manufacture calibre 3235 movement powering the watch offers superlative performance and is Certified as a Swiss Chronometer by COSC. The movement features bi-directional automatic winding, Parachrom hairspring, Chronergy escapement, 70-hours power reserve, hacking seconds and quick-set date function.
