Description
This Rolex Submariner reference 16610 is the platonic ideal of a diving watch. One needn’t search in vain for a superior diver’s timepiece, for it does not and can not possibly exist. The watch is in excellent condition commensurate with its age, displaying only minor signs of wear. The black bezel is in excellent condition showing practically no signs of wear. The glossy black luminova dial and hands are in excellent condition. The watch has recently had a complete service which included a case and bracelet polish and movement service. The case has a thick and even profile and strong lines, as one would have found when the watch originally left the factory. The watch has a 12-link bracelet with solid end-links and Oysterlock folding clasp. The clasp has a “DE” 2001 date code, matching the watch. The watch has a “K” serial number, indicating it was manufactured in 2001. The watch comes with its original papers and hang tag.
