For your consideration is this Rolex Submariner Two-Tone (or Rolesor as Rolex calls it) steel/gold version of the world’s most iconic diver’s watch. It’s a solidly built watch that’s as tough as they come, and this two-tone version is the perfect option for a collector looking for something with just a bit more of a luxury feel, or for those that consider the all-steel version just a touch too utilitarian. The beauty of steel and gold combo watches is in their versatility; they can be worn in sporty or formal settings and always look on point. They can convey both seriousness and laid-back casual luxury quite unlike anything else. Make no mistake, this is a serious piece of metal on the wrist with serious presence, but with a diameter of 40mm it is not in fact on the large side of things when it comes to divers watches, which are generally around 42mm.
